The Flat ImageMarch 2nd, 2010 by karynVersion 2.3.0 of Pano2VR gave us the option to use a flat image (or a non-distorted image) as an input type and then export it as a Flash movie. Earlier, this was done through the Cylinder input type, setting the field of view angle and making sure that 3D distortion was turned off. The Flat input type now takes care of this for us. Sweet! To work with larger projects (>1000 images) I added 64 bit versions for Windows and Mac OS X. For the Mac release: Because Carbon doesn’t support 64bit I also provide a Cocoa build that has an Intel 32bit & 64bit and PowerPC universal binary. You need at least Mac OS X 10.5 Leopard to use the Cocoa build. Some new features are:
