Re: Problems loading external swf with Firefox
There's a problem with the request url. If you open the iframe page, http://skins.360panotours.com/googlemapsgadget.html and then use either firebug or I used the safari developer extensions, you can see there are many error redirects. The request headers show the url as: http://skins.360panotours.c...

Re: Version 3.0 Reference Error
 I didn't update the flash standalone player, but the browser player - first thing I saw in that link above - should have spent more time reading it. Just re-updated the Desktop player aka projector. This now opens the created swf file without any errors. Of course I still get the errors using...

Re: Version 3.0 Reference Error
I'm getting similar/the same errors. Everything seems to be ok if you generate an html file with the swf in it, but if you open the file standalone with flash or flash player I get the same reference errors, and a blank swf file. I'm running on a mac using 10.6.7 too, though my standalone player is ...

Placeholder confusion
Trying to use the $n placeholder - which I've used before. Web wiki (http://gardengnomesoftware.com/wiki/System_Placeholders) says: File Paths $n = file path: project name - (use in the file path when saving projects) $d = file path: project directory - (use in the file path when saving projects) so...

Re: Publish to Facebook
Ther'e's a Panoramic photographers group on facebook called 'Panoramic Photographers on Facebook' (!) It's run by Sam Rohn They have a docs section that has a lot of information on publishing panoramas on facebook. It's a good start. I haven't done it yet - it's on the todo list. Not sure if you hav...

Re: New features available in the current v3 betas
I think he means that that field should be a 'text entry ' field so you could enter a numeric or a placeholder, rather than a spinner for input. But means more input checking code - which I'm sure Thomas has anyway...

Sounds like you need to put the base path in the flash params. Search here for base.

Nice - I've tried it out though I think you have a few issues still to iron out - I've posted them in your forum at panopress.org

Re: Use of ShadowBox from inside panoramas
Hi, I spent a long time getting this to work - I've managed to call both shadowbox and fancybox from within a panorama. I've now got a live example: http://www.snowcoach.co.uk/page.php?id=322&pid=10&mpg=home In this case the pano is first shown in a shadowbox, then the panorama calls fancybo...
