Old stuff, but if you work with QTVR, you can add sound with CubicConnector (development stopped?), LiveStage Pro (development stopped), or SoundSavr (company dead and it only works on old Mac OS, although I think it can run in OS9 Classic mode on a PPC machine (but not Intel)).
