Skin structure changed with beta 7

Important note: If you have created your own skins before beta7 you may need to change them for the use with beta 7. Most of the settings are converted automatically but the trick to anchor the whole tool bar with the first element results in a call for the action of the first element in each sub element! The solution is to put all elements into a container and anchor this container instead of the first element. I have created a short tutorial to show the method.
