static nadir as a hotspot

Hi, i need to add a still logo within nadir as a hotspot. I saw pano http://smooth360.com/2008/dubbo_gaol_001/ and this exactly what i need - static logo within nadir as a hotspot. Have you any tutorial or example how to do it. I saw this topic http://gardengnomesoftware.com/forum/vi ... =13&t=1595 but it not work for me

Place your point hotspot into position and name it "hs" to match the title in the skin editor.
