I am having a tough time trying to embed a youtube video inside a pano. I've done this before successfully but never needed the feature so have not been using it recently.
Currently using Mac Pano2VR 3.0 and working with the external Image/SWF button as described here:
http://gardengnomesoftware.com/wiki/Add ... Tube_Video
I have also tried with a plain swf file on my server as well as the youtube video,(link taken from the embed code). The video does not show no matter what I do. Is this feature still working or must I be missing something???
I am quite familiar with working with skins - hope it is something simple I just cannot see.
Thank you for any suggestions.
Elizabeth

Hi Elizabeth
This still works fine, did you set local flash security to play external content?
Please see: http://gardengnomesoftware.com/wiki/Fla ... y_Settings
As a test, put this: http://www.youtube.com/v/MJKx4iZdjk0?version=3
in a 640 x 390px external image/SWF loader, you should see the getting started with Pano2VR video.
I am not shore why your local SWF video would not play, perhaps if you post it I can have a look.
Regards
Hopki

Hopki, thanks very much. It was the security settings. I am using a new hard drive and failed to set the flash permissions for it. Upon testing the pano and video I do get an error message now asking me to "try again later" when I try to play the video. I can now see the video but cannot get it to play. I have seen this before when trying to view a YouTube video.
Thanks for your help,
Elizabeth
