Hi All, I'm just learning so be patient please.. I made a tour of 6 swf files but it seems to stall when it starts (graphics stuck until mouse is moved).
Was wondering if anyone has experienced this before and how to fix it. Same resuls with Pano2VR 3.0 and 3.1... Happens every time you reload/refresh.
Using Firefox 5.0... Any help would be appreciated.

Tour sticks at load
Here ya' go...
Found out it does this in IE, Firefox, and when played locally.
I can send a zip file about 4mb (I have reduced the size) for anyone interested.

Hi!
Here I´ve no problem opening the tour at all. Everything works as I think it should. The only problem I´ve observed is with the placing of the interface/skin elements. Depending the monitor the loading lightbulb could be hidden behind the flower and the thumbnails not complete so see. I think it would be better place them in the center under the image.
Nice music.
Regards, Martin

Thanks for the reply Martin, very good feedback. I made the tour using 1920x1080 and neglected to think of others. I'm guessing you are using 1024x786? Made some changes, please check it now.

You don't see this when the tour 1st loads?
Then when cursor is moved the tour starts fine?
music: Jack Johnson - Gone

I have three PCs here and they all show the problem, have used FF IE and Chrome and the issue persists. Not sure where to start trouble shooting.eldariel wrote:both links works perfectly in Chrome 13 and FF 5,
different question, how to make effect like you have on control panel buttons. When you mouse over text appear smoothly?
Every time I hit the reload/refresh button, I get the above result, then as soon as I move the cursor, the pano plays as expected...
Could you try the link again and then reload/refresh without moving the cursor and see if you get the same garbled screen? Thanks,

As for you're question, it is really very simple. I purchase from Hopki - Who is the best!

I recommend to everyone that is just starting out with pano2vr should
buy at least one skin from Hopki. Great way to see how it's done, then work on your own skins. When you see it, it'll slowly sink in.. In my case very slowly.

Hi
I have not managed to see the files yet, but...........
Looking closely at this it looks like the second thumbnail in from the left has scaled up filling the window, check the scale of the thumbnail.
If it is correct then look for a loaded or init action somewhere else scaling it up.
What is giving this away is when the panorama first opens you only see the last four thumbnails, you can not see the first thumbnail as it is behind the second in the file tree.
When you move the mouse you briefly see the second thumbnail change it scale back to the scale of the others.

Hi Martin, I have the scale (Settings) set to .6 to reduce size for better fit.Hopki wrote:Hi

And in Actions/Modifiers:
Mouse enter | Set Element Scale | .7/.7 | $self
Mouse Leave | Set Element Scale | .6/.6 | $self
Mouse Click | Got To URL... BlahBlah
The Actions/Modifiers for all the thums/buttons are the same. I'm not seeing anything that would be scaling up the second thumb.
I do have a rectangle with black BG behind the buttons only to hide the tools as they go to the "close" position but I tried it without the rectangle and the issue is still there.
I also eliminated ALL other elements, and graphics and left only the thumbs and it still persists. So, it has something to do with the thumbs (buttons). Seems like it should be pretty
simple... All are the same as below except the URL of course.

Copy your skin and remove thumbnail 2 in the copy, does it still do it?
Can you post your skin, if not in the forum you can send by PM.
I got the other files, but its the skin that has the information in.
