Hello,
I just tested a hmtl5/CSS3 panorama with several devices and found out that the gyroscope on the windows phone does not work. At least not for me (using an Nokia Lumia 920).
Zooming on windows8 devices with the two fingers as on apple or android devices also doesn´t seem to work.
Does anybody have experience with this? Are these known issues with windows?
Any information is appreciated.
Cheers
Michael
gyroscope on windows phone
It is the same. But it looks like you do not have gyroscope enabled, do you?
The zooming doesn´t work using gestures, though. As in my tests.
It seems in windows8 (windowsPhone8) the finger input is only used as left mouse click enabling the normal movement (I also see the small icon as in the desktop navigation with the mouse - which I do not see on the iPad / iPhone )
I am able to zoom in/out with the buttons.

You are correct.. gyroscope was not used due to client difficulties in device orientation.. meaning it worked.. but caused navigation and viewing difficulties.
Client chose to not use gyroscope.
Using our Apple iPad3 and IOS 6.1.3 with native Safari browser
Using Pinching zoom in/out, swipe and rotation gestures worked.
Using Samsung Galaxy S4 Android 4.2.2 Jelly Bean with Native Chrome browser
Using Pinching zoom in/out, swipe and rotation gestures worked.
You might look to your devices operating system and browser capabilities.
