Pano2VR - Tutorials - What software is being used?

I know this isn't Pano related per say, but what program is being used to record the Tutorials? I have a Mac and wanted to record some tutorials that aren't Pano related. However, It would be cool to possibly do some tutorials for Pano2VR once I have learned the software.

I'm using iShowU for capturing and all post-production work is done in Final Cut.

If you don't want to deal with a lot of post-production, there's a pretty good capture software that you can do all the post within it: ScreenFlow http://www.flip4mac.com/screenflow.htm

Thanks for the response. Yea I found IShowU when searching on the web. It is a super easy program to use. I haven't used Final Cut, but I will look into that as well.
