Hi!
A test with an animated hotspot and a video pop up. You have to stop the video before closing the window, because if not the movie keeps on playing.

Hey Martin,
thanks for sharing your work, the Pano looks nice.
Could you please explain how you get this pop-up window for the video.
I'm working on something like this, but at the moment i've only managed to open an external .swf with the help of the text-link + an action which controls visibility of this element.
The problem is, that the buttons (play, pause, volume) embed into the .swf file don't work, cause with every mouse-click i only change the visibility of the video (true or false) but can't interact with buttons themselves.
Do you have an idea or solution for this problem? Your example works like i need it for my panorama.

Thanks in advance,
Regards flauschiii.

Hi, flauschii!
Sorry for the late reply. I check everyday the forum, but oversaw your post.
I created a .swf file from .avi. The soft included the toolbar to play and pause the spot. In your case I do not understand what you meant saying that with every mouse click you only change the visibility? This obviously is an action created by yourself in the skin, right? Well, I open also an external .swf link as you did. Finally I created a transparent "imageless" png image and placed it over the video screen. I had to do this, because I could not apply an action to the Text file which contains the external swf file. It´s strange but evidently it is another kind of swf if this exists. It behaves different as when you load an swf hotspot for example thru a Text as I did in this pano. In that case I allowed me to add action to it. If you need or want I can upload the skin file, so you can look at it closer.
Good luck.

>I've created a text box, child of a Hotspot with that code in the text field :
<img src="http://www.youtube.com/v/s4eU0ppDihY&hl=de&fs=1" allowfullscreen="true" width="425" height="344">
set the hotspot position in the HSEditor, export it but nothing, tryed it online, with different video url, with other flash object like carussel, but in vain.

Thx mate for your zip, I'm still working on it in order to be able to import any external .swf but there are still some trouble.
I can make it work with a video url find in this forum but when I try with any other video url (find in youtube), it does not :(
But I hope I'll soon find the solution.

Hi Martin! I'm new to Pano2Vr and am trying to get a video play inside the pano. I tried to download the skin you posted but the
computer does not recognise the .rar extension. How do I change it to .ggsk? By the way, I work on a mac.

A .rar file is a compressed file similar to a .zip file. Mac should already recognize a .rar and unpack it into its separate file parts. Try just clicking on the .rar file it should unpack or unzip.

Hi, Jove!
I downloaded the demo version of this software, ( http://www.eltima.com/products/swf-tools/ ) just to test this feature. What I was looking for was that it has a player toolbar, which this soft allows you to add. Because if not it will autoplay and that is what is actually happening to your video. Others using this very same software had problems converting files downloaded from youtube. I tell you this, because as far as I remember you mentioned something about it. The counterpart of this workaround (inserting .swf) is that at this moment the video will not stop just by closing the pop-up window, so you have to stop the movie or let it end before closing the window, because the sound keeps on playing.
