Is there a restriction on the size of a TIF file that can be uploaded to Pano2VR?
I stitched a TIF pano using PTGui taken on a 5D MKII. There were 27 pictures in all, and I rendered it as an HDR at full resolution, so the TIF file is almost 400 MB. However, when I choose "Select Input" and select the file, I get a message saying "File 'C/Users/.../Lobby.tif' can't be opened!" The file itself is 14760x7380.
What am I doing wrong? I am new to Pano2VR, so it could easily be something I'm overlooking.

Hi Andy, welcome to the forum.
In Ptgui 'Create Panorama' tab
File format = TIF
What settings did you use?
Bit depth: 8 or 16 bit
Compression: none, packbits, LZW
Alpha channel: normal (associated), UNassociated, Separate, no alpha channel
I did a forum Search on Max file size and quickly found this discussion about file sizes
