Importing Images

To import your images follow these simple steps:

  1. In the main project window, choose Select Input from the Input section.
    Select Input button.
  2. In the next window that appears, choose Image Sequence from the Type menu.
    Input Type
  3. Next, define the location of the image sequence. Click, Open, and navigate to the folder that holds the images. Click Choose.
    Image Path
  4. Now for the Sequnce Setup. Enter the number of columns and rows (and view states if applicable) your images make up.
  5. Enter the naming convention of your images (Pattern).
    • A common pattern is already set up for you, but you can edit this to fit your pattern.
For example, if your files are named shoe_1_1.png, your pattern might look like this, 'shoe_'+ (row)'_'+ (column) + '.png'.
More pattern examples can be found on this page.
  6. When you're done defining your pattern, click Test Pattern, to make sure Object2VR recognizes all of your images.
    image:test pattern.png
  7. Finally, click OK to return to the main project window.
  8. Create your object movie.
